    Re: Not able to Export

     Good Day Goraksh,

A couple of questions are needed to determine what the cause of your issue could be: What client is the Export issue occurring? Report Builder or Web Generator?

In the Web Generator - the export report results into Excel, PDF, Print View in ON2008 should be functional in Internet Explorer version 6 or greater running on XP and Vista.

It may help to send screenshots of the error and copies of log files to OakTree Support (support@oaktreesolutions.com) Log files for the Web Generator are typically found in the C:\Program Files\OakTree Solutions\ON2008\www\dat directory on the Web Server. Report Builder log files are typically found in the C:\Program Files\OakTree Solutions\ON2008\Log directory on client machines.

The support team will be able to decipher what could be happening.

    Thank you,

    Brian

     Goraksh,

Currently we do not have an option for the scheduler to automatically email a report output, we are working on this in for our next major release. Until then you can do what we have recommended to other customers, who are doing this successfully and is outlined in this thread:
