 For trending reasons, I would love to see a report that will show you stats by the day of the week.  For example - it would be great to see a report that shows number of incidents reported on each day of the week. i.e. Monday: 160 Tuesday: 100

Or to be able to say:  "Show me incients reported by analyst on Thursdays"

Not sure if this is possible, but it would be a great report to be able to filter on a specific day of the week.

I do have a solution for this. I can post it to the how-to forum in the next couple of days.

I also have a solution to show ticket counts by month that is very similar. I will post both.

Basically, it requires a SQL Function to return the day of the week.(or month of year), then a call to this function can be added via the CUSTOMAHD.TXT features you use for other custom formula fields.
